3.1 For every 25 paid rooms per night, get 01 complimentary room or a gift voucher with 3 months validity (25 + 1)
3.2 For every paid 45 participants with resort standard banquet pricing get 01 free access (45+1) for either half day meeting package, full day meeting package, lunch or dinner (select one event only)

ELIGIBILITY:

• Private social celebrations or business meetings such as business meeting, residential seminar, weddings, birthdays, and social gatherings, a minimum of eight (8) guests and there is no maximum number of guests.
• The offer is applicable if an event space at the hotel is booked and if food and beverage or catering/banquet service at the hotel is booked.
• A Master Agreement (contract) is signed between the resort and the organizer (the main signatory is the main beneficiary of the MP reward points unless otherwise stated). Agreement stipulates all charges back to Master.

VERY IMPORTANT: Without a contract and Master Account set up, the booking is simply a Restaurant reservation.

NOTE: (1) guest can nominate another MP to collect points for the event also (2) split of points between event organizer and end guest is also possible eligibility to earn reward points

ELIGIBLE EXPENSES INCLUDE:
– Meeting room rental
– Food and beverage (F&B banquets)
– Accommodation
– Eligible incidentals of participants, if paid by meeting/event organizer
A/V if operated and owned by resort

NON-ELIGIBLE EXPENSES INCLUDE: Taxes, service charges, tips, any outsourced or subcontracted expenses are NOT eligible. (eg. equipment rental, staff hire, etc)
